Through its transportation affiliate, Benchmark Distribution Services, LLC (“BDS”), the Company can provide 24/7/365 over-the-road, hot-shot, and time critical logistical support to both its own pumping services industry customers and third parties. With the ability to travel 600 miles in one day, BDS can give its customers the next best thing to airfreight services at ground transportation rates. And state-of-the-art computer software - coupled to global positioning system technology - allows BDS (and its customers) to monitor the status and location of all in-transit shipments.

A US DOT common carrier (MC-555980-C) with 48 state authority, BDS operates a modern fleet of power pulling units and trailers that can accommodate nearly any cargo. With 98 late model sleeper tractors, 5 hot-shot trucks, 100 48’ and 53’ dry vans, 60 tankers and 25 flatbeds in its current equipment inventory, BDS can handle both dry freights and liquids. Because all of its drivers are hazmat certified, BDS can also handle flammable, toxic and other hazardous materials loads (excluding radioactives and explosives).

With an impeccable safety record, BDS has the highest DOT rating available, and the Company carries $5M in cargo insurance coverage ($250,000 per occurrence).
