E. Wayne Kinsey, III President and Chief Executive Officer

Wayne Kinsey began his career in the oilfield pumping services industry in 1975 as an equipment operator in Seagraves, Texas. By 1981, he had become Distribution Manager for the company's materials procurement, specialty blending, and transportation and distribution facility in Odessa, Texas. More importantly, he had concluded by 1981 that running a successful chemicals management and supply organization - especially one serving the demanding oil and gas service industry - required much more than just an inventory of chemicals. Thus was Chemical Blending Services, Inc. born. In the ensuing 25 years, the Company has grown under Mr. Kinsey's leadership from a simple "service first" chemical supplier into one of the world's foremost developers and manufacturers of industrial and specialty chemicals, with an emphasis on chemical products and chemical solutions for the oil well pressure pumping service industry. One thing has remained constant, however - a determination and commitment to provide the customer with a level of service and technical support it can find from no other chemical supplier. In 2004 Mr. Kinsey was appointed to the board of directors of the Texas Enterprise Fund by Texas Speaker of the House Tom Craddick.

In 1993, Mr. Kinsey worked in support for the founding of the Hillcrest School (for children with learning differences) in Midland, Texas, and he served for several years as a Member of the School's Board of Directors. In 1997, Mr. Kinsey was appointed by then Governor George W. Bush to the Continuing Advisory Committee for Special Education. In 2001 he was appointed to the Advisory Board of Directors of Houston Achievement Place. A number of the patents held by the Company bear his name as an inventor.

David N. Harry Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer

After receiving his BS and MS from Stephen F. Austin State University and doing doctoral work in limnology and hydrology at Texas A&M University, David Harry began his career as an analytical chemist in 1977. After spending two years in testing laboratories, Mr. Harry joined a major oilfield pressure pumping services company, where he served between 1979 and 1982 as a field chemist, District Engineer and then Regional Sales Engineer. After another two years as Technical Manager for an independent pressure pumping services company, Mr. Harry joined Benchmark in 1984 to assist it with its growing dry and liquid chemical blending business. Mr. Harry has been Benchmark's Chief Technical Officer since 1990, and directs all of the Company's quality control, technical support and product development activities. Under his technical leadership, over 35 patents have been issued to the Company, 9 of which bear his name as inventor. Mr. Harry is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Society of Quality Control.

Mark Kinsey Executive Vice President/Finance

After earning a BBA, Cum Laude in Finance from Angelo State University, Mark joined Benchmark in January 1985. Currently, Mark manages the financial affairs of the company as well as customer service, operations, purchasing and logistics. In keeping with one of the company's key philosophies, Mark endeavors to employ and promote the "service first" ideal in all areas.

H.B. "Skip" Naylor, III Executive Vice President/General Counsel

Skip Naylor joined the Company as a Vice President and General Counsel in 2001, after spending 24 years in private law firm practice providing business advice and legal counsel to entrepreneurs, start-ups and small to mid-market service and manufacturing companies. A 1974 honors graduate of Texas Tech University and holder of a JD from the University of Texas, Mr. Naylor oversees all aspects of the Company's corporate legal affairs and handles its contracting, intellectual property and other commercial transactions.

Chris Dartez Vice President – North American Operations

Chris Dartez, who attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, joined the Company in 2004, after spending 6 years in the Commercial Aviation Industry.  A member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Mr. Dartez initially served as the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Director and became an Operations Manager in June of 2006. In of December 2006, Mr. Dartez was promoted to the position of Vice President of North American Operations, and his role was expanded to include operational oversight for all of the Company’s North American manufacturing and distribution facilities, as well as coordination of the Company’s customer service and transportation departments.  Mr. Dartez also plays an active role in the Company’s business development process, serving as Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast Region.

Duane Sales President - Benchmark Distribution Services

Duane began his career in the pumping services industry with The Western Company in the early 1980’s and later worked for Serfco. The Western Company and Serfco were later purchased by BJ Services in the 1990’s. Duane left the pumping services industry and joined the transportation industry, spending the past 13 years with Groendyke Transportation. He has a very strong background in the service company business, as well as the transportation industry.

Duane's expertise will help turn BDS into the premier transportation services company in the oil and gas industry, as well as the U.S. which was envisioned at the inception of the company.
