With more than 365,000 square feet of enclosed warehouse space and over 20 acres of fenced yards at its eight warehouse and distribution facilities in the continental U.S., the Company, through its Benchmark Distribution Services subsidiary (“BDS”), can store and warehouse both dry and liquid chemicals on a monthly-fee basis. Warehousing services include inventory management, computerized inventory tracking and monthly reporting of starting and ending inventories.

BDS^® Transportation Services

Through its transportation affiliate, Benchmark Distribution Services, LLC (“BDS”), the Company can provide 24/7/365 over-the-road, hot-shot, and time critical logistical support to both its own pumping services industry customers and third parties. With the ability to travel 600 miles in one day, BDS can give its customers the next best thing to airfreight services at ground transportation rates. And state-of-the-art computer software - coupled to global positioning system technology - allows BDS (and its customers) to monitor the status and location of all in-transit shipments.

Because it is a registered DOT common carrier, operating its own fleet of trucks and transports, BDS can also provide its customers turn-key inventory procurement, management, and warehousing services seamlessly integrated with a delivery program designed to meet the unique needs of the customer.

SlurryService^® and SlurryWatch^®

Through its unique SlurryService^® and SlurryWatch^® programs, Benchmark helps its oilfield service customers manage and control their polymer slurry inventories by delivering, monitoring and re-supplying quality slurries on a "just in time" basis. Through these value-added programs, Benchmark can turn-key manufacture, install and maintain its slurry system at the customer's field distribution facility, supply the system with the customer's proprietary polymer, remotely monitor the system and resupply on an as-needed, just in time basis, minimizing cost and maximizing product consistency and customer efficiency. Upon request, Benchmark can also deliver its customer’s polymer slurries directly to the well-site – just another valued added service available only from Benchmark.
