Benchmark Energy Products, L.P. offers contract manufacturing of both finished and intermediate products to industrial customers in a variety of markets. With a team of experienced chemical processing specialists and a variety of process technologies, we can toll manufacture dry, liquid, or paste materials to the customer's specifications, maintaining the confidentiality of their proprietary compositions and formulations. Our toll manufacturing capabilities include:

• Liquid slurry polymer blending
• Larger batch dry mixing and blending
• Full quality control testing

Dry and Liquid Blending; Reaction Processing

Benchmark has a full range of blending capabilities for both dry and liquid products. We can process dry material batch sizes from 500 to 20,000 pounds, and our dry blenders are equipped with spray bars for the addition of liquids. Liquid blending batch capacities range from 5 to 5,000 gallons. Depending on process and product requirements, we can manufacture in stainless, poly, or fiberglass vessels.

In addition to our liquid and dry blending capabilities, we have the capacity to handle viscous materials in batch sizes ranging from 400 to 4000 gallons in both 316SS and glass-lined reactors equipped with high temperature and cooling capabilities.

Custom Packaging and Labeling

Complementing our custom manufacturing and blending capabilities, we package and label to meet the customer needs. Liquid products can be in supplied in pails and containers as small as 5 gallons, or in bulk tank wagon quantities, and we routinely package in drums (both metal and fiber) and totes. Dry material can be shipped in lined or unlined bags (paper or plastic) ranging from 10 to 50 pounds, or in super-sacks.
